Our host Michele was wonderful and organized an early check in when we changed plans and came way earlier than foreseen. The room and bathroom were absolutely clean and we felt very comfortable. There is a lovely big garden to relax in. Michele gave us the most detailed advice for beaches and kiosks on the beaches, warned us where they were no kiosks on some beaches and advised lovely restaurants (all in perfect German). Lots of restaurants and shops are within minutes of walking to the hotel. Copying the location from booking itself into one’s navigation is recommended as Google seems to have trouble finding the right spot. We booked higher priced apartments and boutique hotels in other places on our Sardinian tour but Costa di rei was our preferred spot of the island and this hotel was at the top of our preference! We want to return and recommend to friends for sure.

The location is peaceful with lovely garden views, and the room was spotless and very comfortable too. Definitely great value for money, everything you need, including free parking and good WiFi (this is so rare!). There are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Here's the translation: --- It was a delightful vacation. The apartments are beautiful. We were supposed to stay in house 21, but we were accommodated in house 10. House 10 offers a stunning sea view, the best on this villa. The apartments are very clean and cozy. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay is provided. The rooms are absolutely clean, and the kitchen has everything you need and even more. Erica and Maurizio are ready to help at any time of the day. They are very kind and responsive people. They create the impression of Italy. There are many beautiful beaches nearby. The restaurants around the villa leave much to be desired, but the villa's atmosphere makes up for these inconveniences. I highly recommend this villa for visiting Sardinia. --- Let me know if you need any further assistance!

    The location was perfect, in an Italian village for the full experience of Italian culture but with all amenities you need. A supermarket, a few pizzeria's and other restaurants and close to the motorway, but not close enough to hear it. We were around 45 mins to the city, so close enough to easily pop in for shopping. Also the hosts were excellent. Check in and check out were a breeze and they were on hand for local recommendations as we needed, thanks Luca / Marchello.

    The covered outdoor terrace was a relaxing place to spend time. Very quiet area. Proximity to the local grocery (which closed mid-October) was super convenient. Kitchen has very basic cooking supplies. Close drive to many good beaches and other villages with many more shops. In October, beaches and roads were not busy. Loungers in the yard and a hose to clean sandy feet and dusty bicycles was a nice touch. Air conditioning worked well.

    Perfect location, Castiadas is central between Vilasemius, Costa Rei and the beach. The house is well equiped with all you need. The outside kitchen and shower are fabulous, we never used the inside ones. The little super 2 min from the house has basically all you need, except fresh meat at butcher or fish at fishshop in Costa Rei you can get everything there. Great location for small families as well, much recommended!

    We had the most relaxing holiday at Sant’Elmo! Great facilities, good food, awesome staff! The staff go out of their way to accomodate you. The cottages are lovely! Peaceful and quiet!
