Amazing place in wonderful park. Tranquil and stunning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful in every aspect. The room was impressive and large and so was the bathroom. Everything was just perfect. Dinner in the garden, breakfast on the third floor terrace (with stunning views). Plenty of parking. And the suitcases were brought up to the room (we panicked at first when we saw all the stairs). Only regret was that we could not stay longer.

Location excellent c[ose to train station. Close to town and restaurants. Breakfast excellent.Room extremely clean and spotless. Bed super comfortable and English channels available. Staff extremely attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful stay.

Leonardo is very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, bang on in the centre. All the commodities are available. He even leaves sugar, coffee, salt and oil available. Everything is prim and proper. The bed is super comfortable!

Very nice, renovated apartment located just outside of the old, historic centre of Rieti, a stone's throw from the Museo Civico, and quite near to the Velino River. Best for a couple or a couple with one or two small children who will sleep together on the pull-out sofa-bed. The apartment is very comfortable with lots of seating, a great kitchen, and it is easy to keep cool on a hot day.
