Great authentic cozy appartment nearby Florence. Equipped with all necessary staf. Really comfortable to explore Florence. The host was amazing, provided us with city maps, instructions about parking, marked all key sights. Vividly described the sity tour and where to eat during it. Provided us with all necessary places to visit during our furhter rout across Italy. She really loves Italy and can talk about it for a long time. Very pleasant homemade welcom gifts were given Free parking on the territory. The only dissapointment that we stayed only for one night. There are much more to see for a longer period. Pay attention that there is no AC only fans, if it is too hot ouside.

Ilse was fantastic and was extremely accommodating from the jump helping us organise our restaurant and wine tour bookings for our stay. She also let us know of the lack of taxis in town and offered to help us book one a day in advance prior to departure. The staff (apologies we missed their names)were very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Food was amazing, especially Tre Rane for dinner. The pools view of the vineyard, so good. Shoutouts to Ange for the informative winetour and Lorenzo who looked after us for both lunch and dinner.

This the ancient villa with amazing panoramic view and beautiful garden, well equipped with all necessities for comfortable staying. And there was a good restaurant Trattoria La Gargotta in 10 minutes from here, where we ate very delicious Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Highly recommended for awesome impressions!

Everything was great! We spent 14 days in like 5 hotels in different cities and this one was the one i liked the most. They have staff at the reception when we reached, the staff gave us a map and introduced us all places we needed to visit. He also introduced a couple of places to have breakfast nearby. It was very close to bus stations. The facilities were very modern, everything was very clean. It was amazing.

    The Villa and grounds were beautiful and super clean!

    The Villa and grounds were beautiful and super clean! Daily breakfast was delicious and filling! The breakfast dining room was decorated with much warmth and allowed each guest to have their own table. The outdoor seating areas were super comfortable. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions regarding the area and restaurants. The owner was personable and engaged. The bed was very comfortable. The cappuccino was superb!! We will be back for longer next time!

    The location is absolutely beautiful.

    The location is absolutely beautiful. You are in the middle of Chianti region so you are surrounded by vineyards. In addition, there are fields of Olive trees, scenic drives and beautifully landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces at the resort. The staff are amazing, helpful, friendly and ho out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

    The apartment is in the centre of Bagno a Ripoli, very close to cafes, main shops, bus stops and at the same time not in the busiest road (via Roma): everything is at a few minutes walk distance. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedroom is spacious, with a comfortable double bed and a good sized wardrobe. The hosts also provided a brand new cot for my 2 years-old. The entirety of the flat is equipped with air conditioning.

    Convenient for 1 night. The hotel is 10 minutes away by car from the port, convenient for relaxing after arriving by ferry to Livorno. A small hotel on the outskirts of the city, there is a Parking space. Friendly host. The room is clean and cozy. On the 1st floor there is a vending machine with drinks and snacks. The breakfast is served in a nearby cafe.
