The staff was very helpful and always accomodated our every need. We even needed a late checkout on Sunday as we had a late flight and they did their best to accomodated. Highly satisfied and excellent customer service.

Loved the location, it's perfect if you're going to a concert at the Unipol Forum. But also perfect for trips to Milan, avoiding the ZTL since the metro is just a 10min walk away. The apartment is really great, spacious, the two bedrooms are big and there's also two bathrooms which is really great. Parking is also available for free, but if you arrive at night time there's a high chance you won't find a space.

    The location is beautiful and really close to the subway. The staff was so nice in every way possible, they always helped when we needed them, they were really nice. We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was really good, Recommend it 100%. Will surely come back!

    Staff was cold and ineffective.

    Staff was cold and ineffective. Waited 35 minutes at the bar for water as none was made available with the room, and locals kept cutting in front of us so we gave up and risked drinking tap water. One towel was given for the two of us. Room service was pushing us out 30 minutes before checkout. Breakfast was very nice for 20-euro.

    Assago is a featureless suburb of Milan, with only modern...

    Assago is a featureless suburb of Milan, with only modern plaza-type buildings. Do not go here looking for history or beauty. It is functional, has many shops and (American-style)restaurants. I found it soul destroying; I only stopped here because it was convenient for my long car journey.

    We went there because the Unipol Forum is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. We went to a melanie martinez concert and it was amazing. The bar made great drinks and everyone was very nice.

    The room design was truly captivating. The beds were really comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean. We couldn't wait to return to our nice hotel room after long days in Milan.
