We had an amazing stay. The host is super friendly and eager to help in every way possible. The view was stunning and the pool was always clean and had a great temperature. The bakery service in the morning is awesome. We consider coming back there :)

The apartment was tastefully decorated, very clean, smelt amazing and was very comfortable. Great attention to detail. Sunset view from the garden was nice. Host Alessandro was super friendly and helpful. Best stay so far in Tuscany! Freddy their dog was awesome!

We visited in the off season (mid October) and seemingly had the whole place to ourselves. The view into the valley and watching the fog roll down the hills in the evening was just beautiful. Just a 5 minute drive to Motepulciano and other local wineries. Breakfast was exactly what we needed, and even though we were the only ones there, they still served a selection of breakfast foods for us! I highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking for a break away from busy cities like Florence, Bologna or Modena.

The room was clean and spacious. We received a larger room than we initially booked due to the low season, giving us a small living room, a comfortable bedroom, and a big bathroom. The property itself is large, with plenty of greenery, a small pool, and lots of open space. The food was perfect! Luca is a wonderful chef and an amazing person.

Everything! Could not fault it! The entire hotel is simply stunning! More beautiful in real life. Service and staff are remarkable. They went over and above! All were very friendly and helpful! Super cute hotel!! The owner is very very friendly and sweet. We needed gluten-free bread for the breakfast and he served muffins, cookies and bread handmade. Also the breakfast was just amazing, hand-made vegan croissants and so many special things! The hotel is close to Montepulciano and quiet, with a big parking lot. Highly recommend!!

    The location was tranquil being surrounded by vineyards but...

    The location was tranquil being surrounded by vineyards but you need to be aware that you need to drive a car to get around here which is fine but hard to find parking in and around Montepulciano as it is a large walled city which must be explored. You also have the option of dining in the restaurant downstairs for those who are concerned about returning back after dinner in the dark from Montepulciano on winding roads which can include a local dirt road, which we found a fun experience.

    What a splendid find in heart of Tuscany! A superb villa surrounded by a lovely garden hosts the property at the ground floor. Inside you will find everything you need for your stay. The house is an excellent base to visit Montepulciano, Chianciano, Pienza, Castiliogne del Lago and many more, but please refer to the host, Cristina -- her knowledge of the surroundings and her willingness to share them are unparalleled. Without any doubt, we will return. My strongest recommendation

    A very nice property on a hill with wonderful views over the neighboring vineyards and olive groves. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and big pool, great food and wine. I recommend it to everyone who wants to experience a piece of Tuscany.
