Great hotel and restaurant. Absolutely love how it looks run-down from the outside, but when you step in, it’s warm, cosy and very inviting. Interior is great in the restaurant, bar and rooms. Great staff too! Definitely try their Icelandic Lamb Soup that comes with Sourdough and Date butter, the butter is heavenly 👌🏽 And how lovely, they packed a brekky to go, in the morning for us ❤️ Shared kitchen had a big fridge, hot water, tea and coffee available.

Magnus was a very pleasant host, we were greeted by the two lovely dogs and a couple of lambs. Magnus has a small pub on the farm where he plays his own music in the evening. He also gave plenty of tips on what to see the next day.

everything!!! It was one of the best accommodations I've come across in the world, the owner was so helpful and nice. The place is magical and isolated, the cabin is simply charming and equipped with everything. We will definitely go back there in the future! Thanks!!
