There wasn't a single thing wrong. From the place, to the location, the host, avaliable conveniences while being isolated to relax. The pool outside brings everything to an 11. Bad experience with the Bakkaflöt Guesthouse.
Bad experience with the Bakkaflöt Guesthouse. We updated our arrival time, but the hotel did not give a reply. During check in, we showed our reservation letter to a elder staff, but she said no:( and was not friendly. They did also not inform us gate will be closed and the room key can't open the gate!. Because of puncture, we came back to the hotel around 1 o'clock in the morning and the gate was closed. We have to call the staff. Fortunately, that elder staff came to open the gate, but she seemed unhappy and blamed us when we check out.Guest review byLMH92Denmark - 10.0
It’s perfect for a family trip around Iceland.
It’s perfect for a family trip around Iceland. We stay here for five nights. While we were here we rested from our trip around the South. The cottage is so cute and well equipped and the location is lovely. Dísa and her family were wonderful hosts and gave us great recommendations for where to go, and following her advice I booked a riding tour with Hestasport, which was really great. Their house was large, clean, warm and perfectly decorated. There was a breathtaking view from the windows. We also had a hot tub to use, from which we admired the Northern Lights.
