AustriaThe area around the guesthouse was very quiet with a great view. At night we even saw a glimpse of the northern lights. The room was spacious, we our own sink and a beautiful mountain view. The shared areas were clean and well equipped. There was even fridge and a Coffee Corner. The shared bathroom was big, modern and clean. All in all a great stay.

Icelandits new. it’s clean. it’s very cosy. it’s a great location. next to Skaftafell national park. short drive to Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach. Bathroom is big. Kitchen has everything that is needed to make good food. Beds very good and comfortable.

This is an amazing place to hike and see some glorious views - especially on a clear day - which can be a bit tricky. We were extremely fortunate to have some of the the sunniest days recorded. Could not ask for a more comfortable hike. There are glacier hikes that you can pay for but honestly parking at the Park and hiking up yourself is something you will not soon forget. Not too laborious, but you defintely feel like you are exercising. Loved every minute of this hike and I wish I could have stayed longer.Guest review bymaryUnited States

Very grateful. Hotel has a lovely restaurant and easy hike from the backyard to the nearest sleeve of the glacier.
