The house has everything a family of four needs, it was warm (despite the cold weather) and easy to find. Most important - turned out, we left a tablet there (I realized it when the owner sent me a photo, but we were already 500 km away from the place) and the owners were able to send it to Latvia, for which I am really grateful.

Room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Convenient shared bathrooms. Great communal areas (shared kitchen, lounge, outdoor porch) – great for prepping lunches and meeting fellow travellers. Location was very private and peaceful.

Cute little cabin at the bottom of a mountain, amazing views. We got to see the northern lights from the balcony, didn't even need to hunt for them. There's a gorgeous waterfall down the road. Check in and out was quick, staff were helpful. We had a fantastic time!

We loved everything, starting with the big room with amazing views and finishing with the fancy speakers! After being in 10 different hotels in Iceland, this one was absolutely our favorite. Breakfast is nice too.
