The room was simple but comfortable. There is no kettle in the room but there is complimentary tea and coffee near the reception. The location is right across the Geysir so you can go at the end of the day when it's less crowded. The best of all was the dinner and the breakfast. We stayed 12 days in Iceland and it was by far the best we've had. The breakfast has a huge choice of food, including a very special Geysir bread that you can't find anywhere else. The dinner was excellent and the prices were correct for Iceland.

Very very nice place and unique indeed in the kaos of Icelandic rental when every corner is turned into rental property. Here hosts do value customers and do give you an exotic and fine place to be in. Very much appreciated!

    I only stayed for one night and I didn't get to use the kitchen but I could have stayed longer. Lovely kitchen and shared space with a fabulous view across the fields and to the Geyser so close. A lot of care and thought has been put into the guesthouses layout and decor. Quirky and beautiful.

    The hosts are very friendly and attentive. They give you a quick tour and explain all the necessities as you arrive. Hotel is very neat, clean and organized. Looks like an old barn made into something so cozy! The view and the nature is amazing! Domestic animals are the point of attraction for people who are into animals, kids would definitely love it.

    It is the perfect place to see the northern lights I wouldn’t go anywhere else for this purpose and the yurts are lovely, warm and cosy. Beata is the best person they have on their staff and their neighbours which also have a beautiful hotel with horse riding are so lovely and supportive.

    The hotel was very nice, maybe the nicest we tried during our journey in Iceland. It is very close to the waterfall. Breakfast was really good, and the restaurant had a good proposal (in line with the other restaurants in Iceland).

    The location is good in the golden circle. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Plenty of parking space outside, and we were lucky enough to view the northern lights from the hotel.
