The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor of a two-floor house. The small peninsula in Garðabær is well connected by roads with shops and other facilities around. It is all-residential with nice houses, good quality and clean children's playground and it is very pleasant for a jog or a walk.

The food was perfect, compliments to the chef. The service staff were very friendly and courteous. Anke was particularly special, she was our waitress on three evenings. She was courteous, funny, friendly and has an incredibly positive charisma. A soul of the house and, from an entrepreneur's point of view, a perfect employee.

Convenient location near busstop and some main tourist attractions. Management very pleasant, super friendly, and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well presented. Breakfast option is great, coffee always at the ready is a big bonus. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel & the location was perfect, being walking distance to the shops & nightlife in the city. The room was gorgeous with framed old photos & a stone wall on one side since it was at the end of the building. They even left the exposed stone in the shower, covered by glass, which was a beautiful touch. The bed was comfortable & the shower was perfect and filled with L'Occitane products. Another nice touch was the stocked coffee station with a handsome leather caddy. Breakfast in the morning had a lovely spread and the staff was particularly attentive. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, & attentive. We felt we were treated very well at this hotel.

The room is very cosy and chic, very warm, clean, modern and with just enough space. Location is pretty good, around 20 mins walk from the center or from BSI bus terminal. It is even included as a pickup location for some tours and is also close to some supermarkets and restaurants. Customer service was very nice and very responsive with any questions I had. I highly recommend checking it out :)

    This is one of ,,those,, accommodations where you want to spend the night after a week full of traveling. It is clear that the owner has a sense of detail and quality. You can feel the quality on the materials and furnishings, the equipment of the entire apartment and the services that are here. Everything is still new, clean. Situated in a quiet location. We slept very well! Parking in front of the entrance, Accessibility anywhere is perfect. Since it is new here, the accommodation does not have any review and even though I usually do not write reviews, I think this one deserves one. For the price, it is exclusive accommodation and we will definitely come back here.

    Fantastic location, located closely to so many fantastic restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need to enjoy your stay.... very easy to drive into Reykjavik or head out onto the Ring Road elsewhere.
