Cabin was compact, but the use of space was very efficient with lots of storage and all kitchen utensils. We were a family of 3 (including my 15 year old) and we were comfortable. The third bed is an adjustment, but we were all fine. On arrival, there was a special homemade Icelandic cake. The cake was excellent. Location, comfort, and value for money, I will rate the cabin high for each of these.

We were upgraded to the 4 star hotel which was amazing!! Delicious breakfast, great rooms with bath and balcony and right opposite the gyser. They even gave us a call when the northern lights were out!

We had an incredible stay here. The hospitality was perfect, the breakfast was really varied and delicious. The beds and everything was very comfortable. They have a hot tube which we could enjoy at night.

Near the geyser, not a far drive from a lovely thermal...

Near the geyser, not a far drive from a lovely thermal lagoon and ideal for exploring the golden circle. A few Kms from a very well stocked supermarket and such a peaceful setting. A nice place to disconnect. We would have stayed longer if possible.
