    The property is not value for money, according to the price...

    The property is not value for money, according to the price the property is very ill maintained. Many doors, locks, and things here and there broken. There was no wi-fi. The co-ordinator Mr Annada Sarab was not helpful at all and was only concerned with his payment that is all.

    1. Good family trip. We stayed at Anaya. The pool was clean. Breakfast was good. 2. Room service needs to be prompt. 3. My mom and I went for a walk towards Ganga Kutir. The manager there was very impolite. He didn't allow us to see the rooms at Ganga Kutir saying that it's not allowed. Neither did he allow us to have coffee at their restaurant saying the restaurant only serves in-house guests. Well, my feedback - such managers shouldn't work in the hospitality industry. Request the management to check my date of stay and follow up with the then-appointed manager.

    The campus and the property is well maintained and are...

    The campus and the property is well maintained and are pretty good! The Ganga river passenger launch cruises in the evening/morning are awesome. Fresh Hilsa (Ilish) can be purchased at much cheaper rate than in Kolkata. Ordering tasty food with Suvojit (62958 28902) is a good memory! If one doesn't have a personal vehicle, one can easily hire a 'toto' to go around.

    Raichak is very nice. love the view of the ganges from Raichak on ganges campus. And also the vessel ride in the early morning to kukraghati and back to Raichak is a must for anyone travelling to Raichak.
