    Firstly the staff told me that I have booked non ac...

    Firstly the staff told me that I have booked non ac room.secondly for that room I have charged 984 rupees though the rate as per booking is 844.Thirdly I paid 1000 rupees in cash and when dissatisfied with what they provided we want to left earlier and asked about balance the staff told me that you have allotted a room of 1000 repees. And finally the staff told me everything is in room.but no soap,no towel,no bed sheet otherthan the old one in the bed.No water also

    Punalūr is located at the center of thenmala.

    Punalūr is located at the center of thenmala. Deer park, butterfly park, kallada dam, 13arch bridge , palaruvi, adventure park, boating , hanging bridge and few more locations are there. A good place to visit as a 2days trip
