Perfectly clean rooms and all interior. Rooms spacious with tea and coffe facillities, very comfortable beds and balcony with sofa and lovely garden view (if you choose garden view room of course). Only 2 minutes walk to the beach along the palm trees path, many shops and restaurants around Gulu, the owner is an Angel. Totally. I think it was my best stay in India ever and I will be back for sure.

We really liked the look of this place. But after reading the reviews, and seeing there were two 3.0 reviews with no actual comments from UK guests, we decided to book in just for 1 night to check it out. We immediately extended for another 2 nights. The hotel is impeccable. Excellent staff and a wonderful manager who catered to our every need. Great rooms and bathrooms. Wifi was not working on the 3rd floor so had to use in the reception area where it was very fast. There is no lift but there is a ramp so no issue with wheeling bags and of course there are staff to help. Breakfast was very good. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach. They called us a taxi which costs 200 rupees and he became our driver for our stay. Used him to return to airport. We loved Palolem beach. We had been in Baga Beach before this which was horrific. When we review a hotel we have to consider what we paid for it. We cannot expect the Hilton for this price. Quality-price ratio was very high. Thanks to the manager and all the staff for being so wonderful

Proximity to the market, good food and smiling faces. Casa Nova was an absolute delight for all these things. I booked for 1 night ended up staying there dor my while stay in South Goa. Staff makes feel welcome from the time you checkin. Rooms and washroom are good sized and clean. Quantity and price of food are fully justified. Would recommend this fully.

Cluster of 3 beaches with relatively clean beaches. A little dull to be honest. Roads around palolem are a little crowded and narrow. Not much activity besides beach walks and a few shacks. Locals seemed to be a little unfriendly as compared to North Goa.

Palolem is a great place to base yourself for food, other...

Palolem is a great place to base yourself for food, other beaches, backwaters, dolphon spotting , and for travelling around to waterfalls spice farm nature resevres etc. its just over 1.5 hours from the airport so if you have an early flight in or out I'd suggest a night staying on Bogmalo beach

Small town/village on a wonderful bay.

Small town/village on a wonderful bay. Plenty of facilities, and a real laid back feel. Easy to slip into the restful scene, or to get out and about and explore the local area. Great beach, with plenty to do without being crowded or noisy, and plenty of nice restaurants lining the streets and the beach itself. Very cool place to spend a week or so,

Perhaps the place becoming a shade hot, there were few visitors and hence we enjoyed the beaches like never before. Lovely restaurants on the beach and good food helped matters. All in all it was a very enjoyable trip to Palolem

We had no real problem with our stay of 3 nights.

We had no real problem with our stay of 3 nights. The dining area was good. The serving staff was very attentive and kind in their approach. The rooms were on the 2 arms of a square and the dining room the 3rd arm. There were a few rooms on the first floor also. The location is a bit inside from the main road but really enjoyable.

It's an beautiful place.. lots of things u get to see and to be enjoyed.. must visit place . Brushhood villa is in colomb.. there stay, ambience and food is good.. and from here u need to travel to palolem where u get back water adventure , food , beach, boat ride, kayaking in salt water , beautiful sunrise and sunset, amazing shack rooms to stay.. crowd is also good.. night time u can have candel light dinners, it's amazing.. stay at fernandes bar and restaurant is super cool...they have very good.staff.. very cooperative.. and the best thing at both the stay places is they serve Jain food on ur request ..

This is a great accommodation in Palolem - the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and there is a delicious breakfast included. The location is perfect, and the staff are all lovely! They even helped me receive some parcels that I had sent to the hotel. I hope to come back soon :)
