The best part of this property is their staff and their hospitality. You don't stay here because of their facilities, which are good for the money you pay, but the staff is excellent (particularly their manager). The hotel is ideally located, walking distance to the the Golden Temple and other major heritage sites. Our room was clean and comfortable and staff are extremely helpful. Our room faced onto the crowded and noisy Heritage Street yet we didn't hear a sound.
