    Perfect and safe place. It combines the best of everything.

    Perfect and safe place. It combines the best of everything. One can opt for quieter experiences, yoga retreat experiences and also enjoy the modern facilities and recreation that Mysore has to offer. It is perfect for those who want to get away from the hustle of a big city and also becomes the perfect rest spot when in transit to other holiday places like Kabini, Coorg, Ooty, Coonoor, Kerala and many others. Mysore becomes just a few hours drive from all these places. Lots of things to see and experience too in Mysore itself so would highly advise a 3/4 day visit to the place!

    Its a beautiful city, very easy to visit. quite a few attractions around the city and has good restaurants for you to try. Will highly recommend the Highpark revolving restaurant, good staff and pleasant ambience, very comfortable for families with kids to enjoy their evening with good food, nice wind/view and a drink, the restaurant & bar has play area for kids. Also try Malgudi Cafe for a good filter coffee and some nice desserts. city has a very laidback feel where most things move slowly... a city where you can rest and don't have to run run run

    My visit to Mysore this time is for temple visit.

    My visit to Mysore this time is for temple visit. Amazing temples in and around the city. Chamundeswari Devi, Karyasiddhi Anjaneya Swamy temple, Sri Ranganadha Swamy in Srirangapattana, Somanadhapura Chennakeshava Swamy, Nimishamba Devi and Venupopala Swamy temple at KRS back waters, temples are so devine and one would want to visit very frequently. Thanks to those who maintain these glorious places so calm and serene.

The streets were clean, and the local people were warm and welcoming. I enjoyed exploring the bustling markets, trying the famous Mysore Pak sweet, and spending peaceful moments at the beautiful Chamundi Hills. Overall, Mysore offered a perfect blend of history, culture, and hospitality."

    When I visited Mysore around 2015, it was one of the cleanest cities in India. But when I visited recently (2025 that is), the cleanliness has obviously dropped. In fact the city as a whole is quite dirty. The palace was way too crowded even on a Monday as it was vacation time, and the worst part of it was removing the slippers in the wet and dirty area due to rain. They could have provisioned that better. The Zoo is quite worth our time and so is the Payana car Museum. We also went to the World of Mysore Pak, and got our hands on very authentic Indian sweets.

    Staff was very good and helpful. I believe this should be one of the best places to stay in Mysore. Overall food and breakfast spread was average. My husband forgot his wallet in Mysore hotel. The duty Manager was helpful to find the same and courier it to our Mumbai residence. Though we paid 1200 for the courier but that's ok as far as we received everything back in safe condition that was more important.

General Manager Mr. Siva, FOM Mr. Viresh and F&B Manager are excellent in their respective service. Rooms are neat and specious. Food is delicious. Must recommended for Family and Business trips.
