Truly the BEST hotel in Trichy. Affordable price. Strategic location between airport and city centre. Friendly staff(front desk, butler, waiter, and etc. All staffs were able to converse well in tamil and engliah. Room is very clean and spacious. Airport shuttle available. Has swimming pool too. And there is leisure park just like 1 min distance in front of the hotel. And the BEST of the BEST is the in- house restaurant, The Buffet Square. We were served by Mr Sivakumar. First class service from the staff, wonderful ambience in terms of background music and the interior decoration, and heavenly taste dishes. I've tried their masala dhosa, butter paneer, chicken 65, chapati, and carrot halwa which is truly a marveleous cuisine prepared by world class chef. SRM TRICHY HOTEL, defintely will be HotSpot hangout place for me whenever I drop by Trichy in future.

Park Avenue Hotel was a lovely place to stay for a night, the staff for helpful, kind, and assisted me with my requests, including a late check-in (past midnight) and organising a last minute taxi to the airport. I really enjoyed talking to Jobit and the other members of the team, and if I am ever in Trichy again I will definitely return. Breakfast was solid.

First, this is very accesible from the TRZ airport so that I can easily go to the places where I want to go. Second, the room is larger than I expected and its WIFI is fast (40-50M regularly) that is very helpful for me to connect online vide meetings. Lastly, the hotel stuff is very kind because they brought my belongings to the airport when I left my important headset and disk. I really appreciate all about this hotel.

Exceptional staff, they went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. Absolutely the best bed and pillows I have ever slept on. Restaurant is amazing with great variety and also the bar serves good cocktails and finger food.
