Obviously it is a new hotel, but everything was great! Staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. Facilities amazing and they offer a shuttle to 3 beaches which was so nice and their pool facilities were great!

Great communication from booking to leaving, the owners and staff were absolutely fantastic, so welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable, without being intrusive. The location is superb and idyllic on the bank of the river., so relaxing. The pool area and the surrounding gardens are meticulously kept, an oasis from the heat. We had a very comfortable stay at the Martins Crest hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The room was spacious and clean. Inside the room there was a fridge, sink, kettle for making tea and coffee, air conditioner and TV. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep every night. Great shower with a strong water pressure and hot water. The hotel also had a swimming pool and a sheltered parking. Overall, it was an amazing experience. The hotel has great standards and I would recommend it to anyone visiting south of Goa.
