Breakfast was delicious, the location was super quiet, it is all fairly new so also, by Indian standards very, very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Most amazing is the manager Mr Avijit, who is always available for any request, be it changing money, an extra breakfast, a chai or a lassi in the afternoon, a tuk tut or a driver for a longer trip. I had the room next to the reception, so I had great wifi. Apparently, the rooms further back towards the mini garden sometimes were without wifi

Our experience with De Manora homes was extraordinary to say atleast. It is located in one of the posh and safe neighborhoods in Amritsar with plenty of eateries and spots like Lawrence/queens/mall road near by. Room and bathroom were spacious and impeccably clean. We have lived in Amritsar for many years but the way our host explained the history of Golden Temple was very enlightening. Host also recommended some tips to visit the famous visiting spots. Anytime we had any question or need - our host was just a phone call away. They even went out of their way to cook some breakfast options for our kids that were not even on their menu. I would recommend De Manora homes to anyone visiting Amritsar.
