Located just opposite to the Murud beach, literally a 2 min walk. About the property, if you are looking for luxury this property may not be for you. I travelled with my wife and six year old kid for one night. Pros 1) Clean room with a double bed. 2) Wifi available with good speed 3) Clean attached washroom with hot water availability 4) Location is cool. Not noisy, yet close to beach and market. 5) Private Car parking available free.

I had an incredible experience at this beach side Malgudi homestay in Murud, nestled in the heart of Konkan. The location is perfect—just steps away from the serene and picturesque beach, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. What truly sets this homestay apart is the authentic Konkan hospitality and the delicious, homemade food. Every meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and traditional flavors that captured the essence of the region. From the perfectly spiced fish curry, fresh prawns to the soft delicious Ukadiche Modak and tangy Kokam curry, every dish was a testament to their commitment to quality and authenticity.
