Everything has been perfect since the arrival. Sonam the réceptionnist has been very gentle and also her collegue . All the staff from housekeeping to restaurant excellent. Swimming pool was delicious. The room was big, clean and safe

The location was ideal in order to move around and there is always a security personal present which gives you the reassurance. The team went out of their way to assist us when a particular thing in the room didn’t work and made sure it was replaced straight away.

The staff were excellent and so helpful. They took personal care for us, a group of 10 people including old age people and children. At the end, the staff celebrated with a bon voyage cake and picture taking, which won our heart. I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff to all visitors.
