The staff was amazing CK was a great host that assist us to our room. We were welcomed by Indian flower neckless. That was special! In our room, a beautiful letter handwritten to welcome us with sweet delights and fruit. CK was lovely kind and professional. Shashtavi, Sashi, Harish so great staff! I will recommend the TAJ hotels definitly to all my friends and family.

We had a great stay at Bloom Boutique Hotel. The location is great, right next to the City Palace and other major spots. The facilities are quirky and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We met Atul Yavad and Akshit, who went to great lengths to make our stay a delightful experience. On morning duty, Abhishek was also friendly and effective. We appreciate their willingness to help. We therefore recommend the hotel without a shadow of a doubt.

The hotel is beautiful, my room was lovely and very large with a gorgeous balcony and very comfortable. However, the staff is what makes this place so special. Everyone from the manager... to the wait staff... to the security guards and even the housekeepers... makes you feel incredibly welcome, safe, and at home. The food is delicious and served with great attention to detail and care. I highly recommend a stay at this heritage hotel.

Hoping for the best and we hit jackpot. My sisters , cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would like to think we hit it off with Sheetal owner from the get-go who attended to our every needs. Meticulous and detail we felt like super special guests. Moved to this hotel for our last night in Jaipur. Wished we had stayed here for the three nights. Beautiful property with the most beautiful staff. Everything was superb, including the room and meals. Will stay here on our next visit. Took up the recommendation for the Ayurvedic Massage and was not disappointed - prefect treat before travelling to our next destination. Many thanks.

Very clean and enjoyed seeing local block printed fabrics used in this hotel. Attentive and helpful staff. Given written information on where to find local handicrafts. The restaurant was adequate. Especially appreciated complimentary RO water. Loved having functional hot water for showers.
