From the moment I got there the staff was excellent .. they were friendly and did whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable .. The front desk attendant TOMER and the rest of the staff always had a smile on their face. The Hotel was the first in Modiim and I look forward to returning back to it again ... The room was wide, lot of spacious with a large bathroom. Breakfast was prepared in front of our eyes in an open space and was delicious. It was a decent meal. The staff went out their way to make sure we were having a good time. The location is at the heart of a beautiful surrounding but if you need the city center you're gonna need a car

We loved everything, especially the food and the picturesque biblical garden. The buffet breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations, so much choice and everything super tasty! I was surprised that the tap water was drinkable. The staff were attentive and everybody was kind. I liked the smell of the cleaning products they use, the room felt fresh and lovely to enter to. Highly recommended place and we will come back!

Our experience started even before we arrived. The hotel reception manager Osher really helped us sort out our booking to accommodate our changed travel requirements. He communicated via WhatsApp & email to set my mind at rest. We were warmly greeted by Ilya who also assisted us with any request, nothing was too much trouble for these 2 men. Thank you Osher & Ilya. The hotel managed my dietary requirements & made special treats for me, this was most appreciated. The rooms were spacious & clean. The hotel is situated close to the station which was so convenient (no noise from the station) A really great breakfast was provided & beverages & snacks were available all day on the 10th floor. This was a 1st class hotel experience
