    Hadas (name) shows Great management skills, not noisy, staff excellent. I only wish the spa was hotel owned but the hotel is so good at any needs for that too. Security is very good, cameras all around. You will feel comfortable and very welcome. The snack/ bar off to the side in the lobby is a nice place to unwind after dinner and a good polite worker there too. It's a gem I had not known was there in 30 years coming to the general area!

    awesome great attitude of the staff! from the moment you enter the hotel to the moment you leave! highly professional manager Adas met with a smile, attentive to requests. amazing, sensitive, the best customer service in the country! The hotel is clean, great swimming pool and thought out all the little things, bravo! And in the room we were waiting for another gift - wine and sweets, it was wonderful!

    Location is high up in the Jerusalem mountains with spectacular views. Hotel is small but cute and has a good/bohemian vibe. Guests can use the indoor swimming pool at the YAARIM Hotel which is just nearby. My room was spacious and had an adjoining balcony. The receptionist (Amir) was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was tasty.

    The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are amazing, big, clean, and mostly private. the staff was very kind, especially Osnat the manager. we had a great time. free drinks in the lounge 24/7. There was a special cocktail party for the holiday with great sweets and fruits.
