Staff were so kind and talkative. We came here as a group for visiting Tel Aviv. And we really happy staying in this hotel, room is so cleaned, kind receptionists, free snacks and coffee, omg haven’t seen such a place like this many time around this area. Location is great! Staff are super friendly! Breakfast is excellent! Free items on the mini bar! Wine and coffee available at the lobby the whole day. Rooftop and the view is pretty amazing! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Tel Aviv.

Location was excellent, room quiet, bed and pillows so comfortable with white crisp sheets. Beautiful new glass shower. Loved the powerful rainfall shower head with separate wand. The breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was a nice touch! But the best part was the concierge…..every person we dealt with was so kind and helpful, they went over and beyond what is expected of them! They called the airport about our lost luggage and they booked all our tours. We can’t thank them enough!
