We had the most incredible time at Biazi Hotel from March 19th to 23rd in the wonderful English Cake room. The room was bright, spacious, and boasted a balcony with the most amazing views of the city and the Supreme Court. And let's talk about the cleanliness - it was absolutely spotless! Every time we left the room and returned in the evening, it was like walking into a brand new room. It was like magic! But what really made our stay unforgettable were the owners - Talia, Yoel, and Mimi. These wonderful people welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. Their warmth and kindness made us feel right at home. We left with hearts full of love and joy, and the happiest memories that we will cherish forever.

Pauline and her husband were extremely helpful and accommodating with border closures and delays always enquiring about my safe passage Management and staff went out of their way to assist in every way possible - truly an extraordinary boutique hotel Location just a few minutes from the Damascus Gates and old city next to markets cafes book shops bus station - everything at hand. Free breakfast with a huge spread of local delicacies and European cuisine. Ahemad who checked us in, was absolutely a delight, took care of every request without hesitation, went out of his way to ensure we had an absolutely wonderful time.......A beautiful boutique hotel...very charming...excellent location. Parking was easily available. Beautiful rooms with outstanding art...spacious and clean. The terrace is absolutely beautiful as are all the outdoor areas. Food is outstanding and beautifully presented. Huge thanks to all the staff...will definitely come again...

    Natan the manager was always available and wanted to be sure...

    Natan the manager was always available and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed that was within his capacity. The house is basic and met most of our needs excluding a fan or exhaust in the master bathroom and a closet/dresser in master bedroom. We used the one in the 2nd bedroom. He cleaned the pool and hot tub to my liking after I requested it. He was very helpful with different directions, special hidden spots, and even fixed my phone when I couldn't get wifi. It would be most helpful to have the address of the back of the house where the car enters.
