Had an incredible stay on St. Patrick's Day weekend. Gary, the host, was communicative and extremely congenial. Could not have had a better experience. Get the scones with cream and jam at breakfast, you will not regret it!

We felt very welcome at Shaunna’s home, she’s incredibly welcoming and kind. Great room and amenities as well with good price/quality. Perfect to get to Cashel nice and early before the tour busses get there

We loved everything! From the beautiful and luxurious setting, decor and furnishings in a gorgeous little town, location, to the view of Rock of Cashel and the gardens from our suite windows, delicious cocktails and food at the onsite restaurants, the late check out time to enjoy the facilities, the exceptional and very professional staff, who paid attention to every little detail, our stay at Cashel Palace was an unforgettable experience and a memory we will treasure forever.

    We originally chose Thurles for its proximity to Cashel and...

    We originally chose Thurles for its proximity to Cashel and availability of lodging within our budget range. Part of Saturday was spent touring the Rock of Cashel & Hore Abbey, a 30-minute bus ride from Thurles, If we would have known there was a Hurling event scheduled on Sunday, we would have stayed an extra night! We had a delicious selection of Thai food at YI THAI on Parnell St. The service was fast and friendly. The prices were very reasonable for the high quality of the food. Our second day we had a late lunch at Ryan's Daughter restaurant which closes at 5:30. The food was very good, however, my homemade dessert, apple pie with ice cream, was divine.

    Very clean and quiet and plenty of space to park. Helpful, friendly host. Location easy to find from main route and only a few minutes to town of Thurles. Ate at a lovely pub and used the ATM in town. Easy to park and walk around town. Host even let us play her piano.

    I felt like home! So cozy, staff members extremely professional and lovely, the food was gorgeous, the Christmas decorations that makes you feel extra special like already on holidays and so much more! The main street is actually a few minutes walk from the hotel and it is fabulous! I would like to thank every single one of the staff members that I was in contact with during my stay for going above and beyond to provide the best time! I will be back in a few weeks already! :)

    Beautiful stylish rooms with clean spacious onsuite. Beds were super comfy and the breakfast was superb. Our host was so lovely and informative, gave us recommendations for dinner down the road which ended up having great meals👌. I would recommend this B & B to anyone staying around the Thurles area. It was wonderful.

    Fantastic staff, great hotel room with comfy bed and modern bathroom, and the hotel pub served everything from breakfast to post-dinner whiskey. On-site car park and complimentary use of the Thurles Leisure Centre. We could definitely stay again!
