Very pretty village, two nice pubs with food.

Very pretty village, two nice pubs with food. Fairly small shop but enough to get by. Lake lovely but harbour can be busy. Portumna Castle well worth a visit as is Birr which is about 35 mins drive away - some superb Georgian architecture in town as well as Castle. Nenagh similar distance and visitor centre also worth a visit
