We stayed only one night but we had a great experience at Stone Barn. Karin was a great host who gave us a warm welcome. Our room had everything we needed and the bathroom was very spacious and very clean. Soft towels and also bathrobes were present. Best of all was the breakfast, we could choose from a whole menu and everything was freshly made by Karin's husband Stuart. It was excellent, we ate as much as we could. Would definitely stay there again when given the chance.

The Stone House is a lovely B&B, situated a few minutes from the fantastic restaurants in Baltimore and the pier where you can catch a ferry to visit the islands. The owner went over and above with hospitality. Having stayed in many hotels I have grown tired of buffets. Eating at the Stone House was a delight. The food served each day was of a very high standard and the provision of a cake to have with tea or coffee was very appreciated. The fresh homemade bread and yogurt made the delicious breakfast special. The owner took time to chat with everyone and offered tips and advice. In today’s world information is easily found but getting a locals insight into trails around the area and what to order at the restaurant is always appreciated. I also went on a sea trip with the owners husband. Sadly the whales stayed away but the views were fantastic.

Such a lovely place to stay, the location is so pretty and lots of pubs and restaurants around it. Julie was such a great host and so kind and thoughtful! The breakfast in the morning was delicious, so much on the menu, it felt like a restaurant! We did the nighttime kayaking in Reen pier just an 8 min drive away and it was incredible, would highly recommend!

Margaret and husband are very welcoming. The property and views are just lovely. Breakfasts are devine. Close to the township. Casey's hotel is close by with beautiful meals. Enjoy the islands or fastnet lighthouse ferry trip close by.

    It is located in the hills - there is a walk to the beach over a field and down a track which is accessible if you are fit and able. The local beach is a short drive away- it is beautiful. Recommend the boat trips from Baltimore
