It is about 8 miles from a town but there are amenities about 1 mile away. There are 3 rooms to relax in with plenty of seating. Particularly liked the rear room which is glass to 2 sides and looks onto a forest. Dining tables in the kitchen and extension room at the back make great alternatives. The owners made sure we were settled and happy and brought freshly made cakes which were delicious 😋

I have stayed three times now and can not fault it. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, food is fabulous (breakfast and evening tapas) and staff are so friendly especially Caroline who was always so accommodating and flexible on all stays. Would highly recommend and great value for money.

Paudie made us feel very welcome, gave us a tour of the facility and showed us to our room, he was also around and available for any further questions we had. The pods were spotless and the atmosphere was second to none. Will defiantly be returning

Unique building with excellent facilities. Secure parking. Super friendly staff. Non-Hotel setting was perfect. Healthy breakfast and very quiet. Located on the road to The Vee with excellent views and good links to Waterford.
