Croagh is a lovely small village and enhanced by the lodge garden centre and restaurant. great place to stop over for breakfast, snacks and drinks. Fantastic garden shop and garden centre. Incredible friendly and helpful staff (mainly family run). There are two wo pubs in village (no food). About 6 kilometers east,on N21 is the most amazing village of Adare. Its got everything, shops, bars , restaurants, and hotels, churches. its probable the pettiest village I have ever visited in this area.Guest review byPatsyUnited Kingdom

We were met by a very friendly hotel owner who offered us a better room than we had booked. The hotel is in perfect condition, just like from the picture in the catalogue: clean, comfortable, with a homely atmosphere. There is a cafe near the hotel where you can have a snack. We had coffee and cakes, I can't say anything about breakfast as we travelled further in the morning towards the Cliffs of Moher. The owner Mary was very friendly and also agreed for early check-in and gave us the room that was already ready, so that we could change to go to the wedding. The room was very spacious (there was a big bed and two small beds and it was just the 2 of us), one could make coffee in the room or also take coffee from the owner's cute coffee place right next to the hotel.Guest review byEleniGreece

She was caring, guiding the routes even on call. I had one of the best breakfast ever in Ireland. I had been to many 4 star hotels.
