People are so friendly,warm and helpful and it made our vacation even better than we thought. The resort is really nice,pool,rooftop pool, gym,everything you need you have here. We got a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise! Great service and polite staff. The pools are nice, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We also went to the Japanese restaurant owned by the hotel — it was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely come back here again, but next time with my mom. She’s going to love it here!

    Great city to explore... wish we would have had more time to...

    Great city to explore... wish we would have had more time to look around. Everyone we met or talked to were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend. Be prepared to spend time in a vehicle as the traffic is a challenge at best. We went to one of the local malls, enjoying it immensely.

    It was easy to get around but little to do nearby.

    It was easy to get around but little to do nearby. A great turtle conservation centre that will keep most people occupied for up to an hour. It's very easy to get to the ports - one of the best port experiences I've had in Bali where you aren't overwhelmed by people trying to / demanding they order you taxis or sell you things.
