The car park attendant kept trying to charge our taxi driver for parking when they were simply picking us up. It’s a bit hard to register the drivers information if you don’t know it.

This is a well priced international hotel, with an excellent buffet breakfast. It is well located being central to many locations and is next to a shopping mall which allows guests to access groceries, restaurants, clothing and giftware. Really can't fault this place at all for the price. You are getting a lot of meat for your money. Receptionist was warm and welcoming. Room was spacious with outside view. Toilet and shower were clean. Special mention to the cook in the restaurant: he will cook anything you want at an incredibly affordable price. Brilliant person for help and advice, too. Everything is nearby, including an IndoMaret with an ATM right opposite.

Nothing. We didnt stay here coz its far from the city & were being charged full amount. Despite the courtesy to come all the way there to cancel it & they have confirmes that there will be no cancellation charges. We were being charged after coming back to our home country.

    There was virtually no tourism here; every person I saw was...

    There was virtually no tourism here; every person I saw was a local, which made the visit authentic and relaxing. If you want to stretch out and sip tropical drinks, this is not your place; if you want to truly experience life as an Indonesian might, it is perfect. Food was startlingly inexpensive, especially the street food. Even Western food was about 1/4 the price I might expect in other ASEAN countries.

    They upgraded us to a non-smoking room when I discovered all the rooms in the same category are smoking ones. Bad for a sinus sufferer. They gave us to the non-smoking Business room (but without window.) For the price paid, breakfast was really good. Again, need to sit in the non- smoking area to breathe. Liked that the hotel is connected to a 'mall'. Also, plenty of eateries around to have dinner.

    The hotel is situated in a nice location and away from the main town centre. It has a swimming pool, gym friendly for sport minded people, staff are extremely friendly and nice. It offers a decent value for money.
