Very friendly staff, amazing food, amazing view, everything was clean. The whole staff is ready whenever you have a request. Not once were they late for anything. One staff member even offered to text them if we had any questions about Bali when we checked out!

The staff are fantastic. All are very beautiful people. Thanks to Rocky, Yosa and Eka and many other staff too who I didn't get their names. They really went extra miles to provide us what we needed and even came up to our room with a lovely cake and sang birthday song for my wife. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was big very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff in the restaurant were also very courteous and professional. Definitely be staying there again if we visit Bali again. Thank you, Team Platinum Hotel Jimbaran! Your services were excellent! Appreciate it!

The hotel is very clean, the room is well equipped and quiet (even though we were staying on the street side, we were not bothered by cars or motorbikes).     Jimbaran is a good place to spend the last days of your trip...

    Jimbaran is a good place to spend the last days of your trip — it’s close to the airport and convenient for departure. I especially like the Sidewalk Shopping Centre, where you can find Western food, good coffee, and food giftsto take home. The fish market is also a highlight — it’s the only place where I trust eating local oysters, always fresh. The beach itself isn’t crystal clear like Melasti, but it’s clean and free from rubbish, unlike Seminyak or Canggu. For those who want to see a different, more local side of Bali, Jimbaran is a great choice. Just be careful when choosing accommodation — pick something near the beach and away from the main road, so you can walk easily and avoid the heavy traffic.

    Jimbaran is very laid back and traffic is not bad by Bali standards. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and spent most of our time there. We did have a family dinner on the beach at sunset and that was a great experience. We also had a fantastic dinner at an Indian restaurant near the beach. I can’t wait to visit jimbaran again with my grandson and learn to surf!

    The actual area is busy and noisy, but the seafood cafes on the beach are the real drawcard and should be experienced - with roving minstrels and choosing your own fish. The hotel was directly across one road to the cafes and beach but inside the property it was peaceful.

    Choose a lounge chair and an umbrella on the beach outside one of the many Warungs (Resaurants). Snacks and Bintang beer on continuous flow. Lots of fish resaurants along here. Learn to surf. Short walk to shopping. Get a "Grab" or 'Gojek' app on yor phone to get the quickest and cheapest transport.

    Go for a night for seafood on the beach. Don't stay there. Nothing to do in the area. Very run down and grotty. Uluwatu Road so busy you won't be able to go anywhere for a trip without being stuck in traffic for an hour first. No pavements to walk anywhere.

    Everything. If you want a romantic, quiet and tropical paradise, this place is it. Restaurants a short walk away towards the beach - outside front gate, turn left walk a few metres and across the road is Yoga Perkanthi Lane which will take you to a number of restaurants and villas. We had dinner at the Jimbaran Puri a Belmond Hotel, which was fabulous with the sand and surf as your view. The pool was also fabulous and romantic with a small waterfall. Budi our concierge was lovely and friendly, complete with advice for the area.

    Excellent hotel for a pleasant vacation in Jimbaran. I must congratulate the management for the quickness and well-organized check-in process. After long hours on flights, tourists really want a quick check-in and easy check-in. The property is very fast with so many things to do and experience. The inifiniti pool at beach bar is really stunning.

    Liked everything about the hotel and neighborhood. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable big room with good AC and nice shower. It’s located close to Jimbaran Beach which is good for swimming. Also very close to the airport, Jimbaran is most often my first stop in Bali. And, I had a very nice swimming pool just outside my room.
