Amazing 4* apartment off Main Street, helpful staff, friendly room was amazing walk out into pool 1103. Breakfast included six choices ordered day before, omelette feta and cherry tomatoes was very good, also egg and bacon wrap good too. Spotlessly clean room, pool towel provided, toiletries and free water and coke in minibar first day. Water filter to get fresh water daily

Amazing place with even greater staff. Everyone was going above and beyond. The hospitality by every staff member was overwhelming. Our room was great, would’ve needed a few touch ups here and there though. But it didn’t bother us at all! Breakfast options were amazing, if you can pass on cheese or ham. You’ll have great options from the menu as well as a nice little buffet, fresh fruit and an egg station to get every egg dish you can imagine. Also the dining options aren’t overpriced. Short walk to the beach and Seminyak Square. No party people. It was really quiet.

I loved everything at The Palms, from the room to the pool and the staff. As a solo travelled I always try to find extra safe places to stay, and here I felt super safe. It’s right in the middle of Canggu and if you don’t want to rent a scooter you can just use the App “ Gojek “ and choose your affordable ride. The beach is only 7 minutes away by scooter, and there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. It was very clean, I had an initial problem with ants - I have a slight phobia and it is Bali, so there are lots of them. But they were very kind and found a solution right away. It feels more like a 5 star mini-resort than just a hotel. Loved it and would recommend it to everyone.

The stay at the hotel was excellent in every aspect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the staff was professional and extremely helpful. The facilities were comprehensive and met all needs. The attention to detail was clear, making the experience special and relaxing. Great location, peaceful, and the staff were fantastic. Perfect for a couple's stay, away from the manic towns such as Seminyak. The main shopping street closes up from 7 pm with a couple of places to eat. Bring your exchanged money with you as we were unable to exchange or get cash out whilst in the area. Other than that, it's a perfect place to relax.

    Very nice area.

    Very nice area. Not so busy like Canggu, but still everything is available (supermarkets, day spa's, nail studio, beach access, few nice restaurants and coffee shops, nice rice fields around). I would say it is a perfect place to stay for mid- or long term.
