Great hotel! Very nice and friendly staff that made us feel very welcome. The room was lovely and had a great view on the city and the mountains. A nice pool on the roof and the breakfast was very good! We booked a massage therapist from outside the hotel in our room, and that was no problem at all. Uncomplicated stay, I like it.

Location was pretty nice. Even it is close to the street, rooms and common areas were calm. Most of the historical places are in walking distance. Reception stuff were friendly and helpful with our questions. They have some nice offer of trips, which we choose. Breakfast was tasty. We also receive a box to go during morning trip, which was nice. We can recommend!

Indonesian Hospitality at it finest. This hotel is without a doubt one of best hotels I've ever stayed in. Ive stayed in Hilton's, Marriott's, Hyatt Regency's, Westin's etc and the staff and facilities at the Manohara far out way any experience I've had previously. EVERYBODY from Reception, concierge, restaurant staff, housekeeping and the hotel driver goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and important. Well done Hotel Manohara and thank you. You should all be very proud of yourselves.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel and would choose to stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we'll be recommending it exclusively to our family and friends. The location couldn't have been better—it was conveniently situated just 20 minutes away from Malioborro Street, and we loved that a shopping mall was within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenity kits, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. My family and I stayed at this villa and enjoyed every moment. The private pool was clean and well-maintained, making it perfect for the kids to play and relax. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, the bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the interior design was elegant.
