We were made to feel very much at home and enjoyed the company of the owners. The accommodation is very close to the climbing, WLAN was excellent for home office. Nice view over the valley and hills. We will come again.

We were absolutely happy, everything was perfect. Very clean and modern rooms with air conditioning, comfy bed, awesome dinner, local wine, great breakfast, private and safe parking for motorbikes/cars, nice outdoor section.     This was our second visit and it was just as amazing as the first! The apartment is spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. The free Nespresso coffee machine with its fantastic selection of capsules was a real treat every morning! The washing machine was super convenient. The location is ideal for climbers, with fantastic climbing spots just a few minutes away. We can’t wait to return for our third visit! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Roč.

    Appreciate a good communication with our noce host. Appartment was very nice and I was suprised by its size. Well equipped. Very nice surroundings - terrace and balcony, flowers outside, also Roč is very nice village, surranded by the walls and you are in the historical center, but you can also park in the front of the appartment. I can say only possitives about it.

    Fantastic place! The hosts are friendly and kind. The apartment is fully equipped and sparkling clean. The view is amazing, the terrace is adorable. The apartment is a good starting point for star tours. Roc is a charming little town. We travel a lot, we've been to a lot of places, this apartment is one of the best.

    Owners are super nice people, we were welcomed with homemade muffins and were very helpful during our stay. The apartment is nice, spacious, with the beautiful garden it really feels like home. Location is excellent, Roc is a lovely little town, the nature surrounding it is beautiful.
