The beach is 5 minutes away. Zadar Beach is 30 minutes away. The house was very clean and the location was good. It was the perfect place for us. The kids had a great time playing pool.

The accommodation perfectly met our expectations. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, a balcony and AC. There was a shop and the beach right across the street. The shared bathroom was clean and I only had to wait for a few minutes once. I've read many reviews complaining about the staff. Based on my experience, the owner only knows a few words of English, but she is very friendly and helpful. I always got the information I needed, and we even had a nice chat by combining different languages. The only other staff member we met was the cleaning lady, who only speaks Croatian but always greets you with a smile or a few words. The breakfast was really nice. There were three types of cereal, apples, bread, toast, jams, Nutella, honey, processed cheese, biscuits, salty cheese, millet porridge, coffee, tea, milk, and water. After a while, the owner also brought chilled water, fruit juice, and scrambled eggs to each table. Unfortunately, we left too early because pancakes were being prepared in the kitchen :) Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily have stayed a few more days.

Very nice Apartment, located next to the sea. We booked short term, just half an hour in advance. We have been awaited by the lady of the house. The heating had been on and the apartment has been nice and warm (this is not typical if you book short term in the middle of the winter).

    Ražanac is a small sleepy town with a very rocky beaches.

    Ražanac is a small sleepy town with a very rocky beaches. Please wear shoes. Really hot place during summer. Downtown is not completely renovated, there are trashy places just in the center which needs to be fixes as soon as possible. But in general, it's nice place with good potential. There are only a few restaurants, and prices are a bit too high as for me. Maybe I'm wrong. Basically, the only entertainment during a day is a sea, and during night some beer bar

    The flora and fauna in the sea was amazing, it's a paradise...

    The flora and fauna in the sea was amazing, it's a paradise if you enjoy snorkeling. We even saw squids and crabs. In the town we saw a turtle and a rabbit. Ražanac is a quiet little town that offers some very nice fish restaurants. There are a lot of things to see and do nearby (e.g. island of Pag, Nin, Privlaka and Zadar). On the beach you can find many trees if you want to sit in the shade. It was not very crowded.

    A very good fully equipped and clean accomodation. We were here on a family vacation with children and our dog. Owners are very nice and helpful people. As a bonus we had a fishing trip with boat around nearby small island. Also owners prepared for us a lunch - a plate full of fishes and squids. Razanac is small village without a car traffic, which was good for our dog. National parks are in range of 50 kilometers (Paklenica, Tulove Grede, also Plitvice lakes are near). We will return here for sure. Everything was above our expectations.

    Very nice nad spacious accomodation, helpfull hosts. Quiet , discreet enviroment,full of greenery, beach with sun loungers right next to the accomodation. Wifi and possibility to grill. In the surroundings possibility of various excursions, fishing, shopping in city Pag, healing mud in Nin, safari tour in Starigrad, excavations.church on the hill opposite, partly sandy unofficial beach in the village Razanac, turtles in the wild etc ..

    The villa is amazing. White sheets big batrooms, very comfy beds. Lov3ly gardenia and terrace great pool. We Werę welcome by Cheese board fruits and home Oil Olive. Very Nice houseowners. Razanac its place away from croud of people i reccomend 100%
