The apartment is perfectly located, close to shops and the beach. Personally, I really enjoyed being able to jog by the sea every morning, as the beach was so close. The apartment is new, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean, which is always a big plus. In front of the apartment, there is a lovely garden with a small pond and two turtles, which were a real attraction. Every day, a friendly cat came to greet us, which added a special touch to our experience. The beach is exactly 590 meters away, which means just a 5-minute walk—perfect for daily strolls. The host was very kind and accommodating, making our entire vacation comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who doesn’t mind a short walk to the beach or shops. A very pleasant and peaceful environment that offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday!

The house is stunning, with two bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms with double sinks, a small kitchenette with a couch and small table, and a beautiful terrace overlooking Rab and the sea, with an amazing hot tub. Everything was new, spotless clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to make breakfast and cook. There are two coffee makers (one Nespresso and one American style), a microwave, a sandwich toaster, and more. Damjan and his wife were the perfect hosts. They went above and beyond for us to make sure we had a pleasant vacation, even lending us their personal car when we had issue with ours. Beds were very comfortable and lines were spotless clean. Towels were provided in abundance and they also were clean and smelled amazing! I cannot recommend this house enough!!

One of best price /performance apartments on the island. Rooms were nice and clean, kitchen had AC. Balcony had excellent view. Owners are always accessible on the first floor. Markets are close, if you travel with kids then sandy beach is only few km away. That's rare in Croatia. Before leaving owners gave present from their garden. Great experience overall.

    Palit is the neighbourhood in the centre of the city Rab but depending on the adress is the distance from the city- lower numbers are nearer the centre and higher numbers are further. The stone beaches are beautiful and a lot of shade. There is a great restaurant on the beach Banova villa.
