The property is recently renovated and is very fresh and clean. It has everything needed in the apartment. The barbecue and sitting area outside is very nice and cosy. It is up in the hill and in hot summer, the evenings are cool and very comfortable to sit outside, have food and drink and enjoy. The location itself is nice and in the hills with forest in surrounding. But it requires a car to be able to move around, go to the beach, etc. we had a rental car and everything was fine. We will come back again, thanks so much Ivanca.

The nicest host and family you could hope to greet you :) The studio apartment is 10min away from the beach, theres a grocery shop around the corner, but most importantly the atmosphere is genuinely relaxing and homely. I really enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming back! Easiest 10/10 rating I’ve ever given.

It is one of the best apartments we have visited in terms of having all kitchen and other equipment and gadgets, conformity, and cleanness. It has a very nice private garden where you can dine. It is practically surrounded by forests as the location is quite high above Rijeka in the Matulji settlement. So the location is quiet and natural but because of that access is steep. Marine, the host is super careful and very nice. We were surprised with a glass of cold sparkling wine for welcome. I recommend warmly the apartment.

Thanks for all the great hospitality. great accommodation, well equipped and very beutiful view from the terrace. very quiet area just minutes to opatija! Everything was perfect. the accommodation does offer wifi, but in booking.com it is reported without wifi.

    Very close distance to the beaches and to Opatia , Rijeka, Pula, local LIDL supermarket, Plodine supermarket also too close , bakeries which provides fresh burek,fresh pizzas, fresh bread and freshly made cakes especially Trileçe, restaurants and coffee bars, lovely food. The beautiful nature and the lovely plants around especially oleanders 😃 also very clean streets !

    A comfortable house with a beautiful terrace and garden. Kind and discreet owners. We were welcomed with homemade cookies, a plate of salami, cheeses and olives, soft drinks, water and wine. A very pleasant surprise for which we thank you! Very conveniently located close to the seaside resort of Opatija. An hour's drive to Trieste, Portoroz, Postojna Cave, Rovinj or Krk Island. I highly recommend!

    The apartment was clean with all facilities for comfort stay Mrs Kristina was so kind and called us the day before national feast here in Croatia to tell us that possibly most of shops and supermarkets will be close and that was so helpful for us to buy what's necessary also for the day after, also we liked alot the sea view

    It was clean, the supermarket is a 5 minute walk, has a nice terrace, Lidija is very welcoming and nice! All the cutlery was there with the dishes, you have a small fridge and a dishwasher. It was very quiet and enjoyable. We were only there for one night, but we'll have them in mind for future stays in Matulji.

    It is very clean. Small but has everything you need for a short stay. Has some kitchen utensils, so we were able to have breakfast at the apartment before continuing our way. The location is very convenient to visit Pula and Rijeka if you don’t want to pay a fortune. The owner is nice.
