This beautiful hotel is located about 12 km from Makarska, in a small town of Podgora. It is surrounded by olive groves, bathed in sunshine, with amazing panoramic view and offers everything one needs for perfect vacation. Firstly, we would like to thank Mr. Kurtic, the owner, for outstanding hospitality and professionalism. It is easy to see that he has made sure every single detail is taken care of. His small, but very harmonic team, truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The list of things that has contributed to this great experience can go on. Daily menu, carefully created by young Chef Mr. Krizan Luštica (https://www.instagram.com/Testarda_cucina/) was like a „cherry on top“. All meals and all plates that came out of his kitchen were art on a plate, and were real feast for the eyes and stomach. Dear Liberan, thank you for an amazing week. We have truly enjoyed it. We can offer our warmest recommendation for Liberan to anyone looking for great vacation spot.

Cozy hotel (BB) with very good prices. The attentive owner of the Hotel prepared a delicious breakfast!!! We liked everything. Good location on the Makarska Riviera, 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants, very clean, beautiful views from the hotel terrace. A peaceful place for relaxation, meditation or sports. Free parking. Absolutely Exceptional – A Stay to Remember! We are still here at Hotel Ani in Makarska (leaving tomorrow), but I couldn’t wait to share how incredible this experience has been. From the moment we arrived, everything has been perfect — the room, the views, the food, the spa and privacy policy, the service… simply everything! The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully designed with comfort in mind. The pool area is peaceful and relaxing, and the breakfast is fresh, varied, and delicious. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, is the staff. Everyone has been kind, welcoming, and professional, but we would especially like to thank Marijana. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests go far beyond expectations. We are deeply grateful for everything she’s done to make our stay so special. If you're considering a stay in Makarska, don't think twice — Hotel Ani is a gem. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The position of the hotel is magnificent. Very close to the beach and a seawalk with all the stores and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and have balcony. Yes, the rooms are old-fashion style, but they are not shabby. They all look new, the furniture doesn't have any signs of heavy use, we are just talikng about not modern look. Small parking saves your life as well. The personell is very friendly and makes you feel at home
