Everything was fantastic. We had no issues during our stay. The staff were polite and very helpful. The atmosphere was lovely. Easy access to the citygate mall and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus (no issues there too)

My purpose was attending the concert at Asiaworld arena. I finally found here, which was not far from the arena. The hotel also has shuttle bus services to airport then I could take the train just only 1 stop from airport to Asiaworld-arena. Very convinient and the price is resonable

Big hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The room was big enough for 4 people, great view, clean, modern facilities. They do serve a huge variety of food. We tried to taste everything, but it was simply too much ;-)

Room and bathroom was spacious and tidy. Bed was comfortable and the rooftop and balcony provided nice views. Terry was an amazing host and helpful with instructions on how to get to the hotel as well as suggestions on what to do for the day.

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! It was packed with great amenities, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. The outdoor area was perfect for enjoying scenic views, and the pool was incredibly relaxing too. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also has fantastic restaurants with delicious food. To top it off, Disney mascots were appearing for picture-taking, adding a fun and memorable touch to the experience. Highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful. The bus station to the airport is nearby and easy to access. The room is big, perfect to stay and work. The bed was comfortable, I had perfect sleep. Many food options for the breakfast. I would book again if I go to Hong Kong.

We stayed in a wonderful sea view room with a king bed. The hotel is located next to a flawless beach and has a lot of well-kept facilities for use. The breakfast buffet is located in a space with a relaxing vibe and has a wide variety of options. Friendly service; great internet. The whole hotel gives you a pleasant seaside feel (I believe the decorations must have been update recently; we stayed in the hotel a few years back and we were positively surprised about the decor and facilities).
