Much more relaxing here than Flores or Santa Elena. You can easily get the colectivo for 25 QTZ to flores, and it drops you back in centre of El Remate. Sometimes they even go to your hostel along the main road if you ask nicely. Amazing experience! Real nature immersive experience but only a half hour away from town. Definitely consider all options (and reviews!!) when choosing accommodation.. the range is large and a little bit of a splurge goes a loooong way.
