Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful ( Christina , Theo , the front office manager) everybody wants to make your stay amazing. From the first step in the hotel you fill special. The cleaning is very well done . Even the air freshner smell wonderful. We hope to return next year.

Very clean, new, nice design and functional. Good location in town,few minutes walk to center. Had a nespresso coffe machine which we really appreciate. Parking on the streets, but found spots everytime.

The sea front executive suites are amazing, the sun set for your own private pool is something exceptional, just go for it... Wonderful modern decor, new and exceptionally clean, very friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast, small and intimate, fantastic location close to beach and old town. Very comfortable rooms - lovely to spend time in. Can get free parking in some parts of the port across the road. The hotel booked lovely restaurants for us every night.

What didn’t I like???? The room itself was bright, airy and decorated in an upmarket, contemporary style. The view across the seafront was so pretty and a joy to wake up to. The shower was unreal! Never known water pressure like it in Greece. The bed, my goodness, so soft and at the same time, so supportive! The room was tremendous value for money. Oh, and the location could not have been more central, directly in the middle of the old town and it’s charming labyrinth of winding streets leading to the stunning Venetian harbour front. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful, they really made me feel like they wanted me there.

I recently stayed at Eleven Boutique Suites and had an amazing time. The hotel is very small, which made it very quiet and relaxing. The owner was incredibly helpful and always made sure I had everything I needed. The facilities were great, and the sea view was absolutely perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the food at the restaurant. It was some of the most delicious food I've ever had! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay on Crete Island. The combination of great facilities, stunning views, and fantastic food make it a truly special place to stay.
