The location of the hotel is just perfect! It is very close to the walking zone and city center and all the restaurants. The staff at the reception was also very nice and helpful and recommended us restaurants for a late dinner.

    A trip to the east coast of the peninsula is a must, thanks to passing and parking in beautiful villages built on the sides of the mountains, the road is in very good condition with twists and clear signage. A cruise along the remote beaches of the island with caves and refreshing swimming. The restaurant, whose name I don't remember from the caves, serves tourists and therefore charges an exorbitant price for a small fish and very poor and rather dismissive service.

    The water is clean and warm, and it's not crowded if you prefer a quiet and peaceful vacation. There are many beaches and places to visit, and nothing is far away. Villages in the hills are especially interesting, very picturesque with authentic architecture. The air is much fresher and not as hot as on the coast.

    We found Volos to be a very nice town.

    We found Volos to be a very nice town. It has good walks and a fine shopping centre. It is not crowded with tourists like some other places and there are so many restaurants and cafes. People are friendly and it was so nice to see a town that kept it's Greek characteristics. Unfortunately Volos doesn't have a good flight connection from Athens and we had to hire a taxi, a bit costly but it was quite pleasant to travel in a comfortable luxury vehicle with a very friendly driver.

    I was already been in Volos, couple of times but every time...

    I was already been in Volos, couple of times but every time I discover something new. As you already know, Volos is the main harbour in this part of Greece, so the main ferry departure starts from here for the Sporades islands. The bay of Volos is huge with some Islands inside. If you plan to sailing Sporades, consider that you will spent so much time to reach the Skiatos island, so we decided to catch the ferry and start our sailing week from Skiatos.

    Volos was beautiful lovely promenade restaurants. A working town but still beautiful Easy to get tge Dolphine or ferry too. Only there overnight. We were there to go to Meteora taxi driver Dimitris was soo helpful and polite if you want to go get a taxi not a coach trip

    The hotel is conveniently located close to the port of Volos, which was important for us as we had to get on a ferry the next morning. There was a parking lot close to the hotel for our car, which was also great. The room was clean and tidy, there was air conditioning and good wifi connection. It was a nice experience though we stayed only for a night.

    The brothers running the hotel were the most friendly and helpful particularly as Volos was still under mud, they didn't expect any clean water in the city for 3 weeks and we were trapped because all routes north were under flood water. The location is excellent for the ferry and harbour front, the town itself and for getting to the bus station.

    Location is the best and some rooms have amazing view! Just in front of the port and the port's parking and just a few meters away from the center of volos! Very near the hotel there are many taverns and restaurants! Great quality and variety in the breakfast! Also the staff is very very polite and helpfull!

    Very modern hotel with very good facilities in a quiet but conveniently located part of Volos. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was large and very clean. The breakfast boxes were extremely good value and six different options were available that should meet most people's requirements.
