Went as a family of four and we had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kalidon Beach Hotel! A special thanks to Ms. Stamatia, whose warm smile and friendly demeanor brightened our days and made us feel right at home. She truly went above and beyond. The rooms were really clean and well-maintained, breakfast was fresh and filling, definitely one of the best hotels in the area. The hotel is steps away from the beach, the water is so clear and turquoise! Many great restaurants nearby and only 10 minute walking distance away from the town center. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable getaway!

It is beautiful. Much attention to details in the exterior and the interior. The pool makes a refreshing amenity. The view of the sea from my room was spectacular; I could have stayed in my room the whole time and would have been perfectly content. Loved the sunset! In addition, the staff went ‘above and beyond’ at making my stay as comfortable as possible. The manager was quite amazing!

The hotel was very clean despite being a bit old. Its location was perfect, within walking distance to Vathi port. The parking area was very convenient and always had space. The lady and the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. On our departure day, even though we checked out early, they kindly kept our luggage until our ferry time.

This hotel had just gotten renovated and it was absolute delight! Everything was fresh and new, we had a room facing the sea side which had a lovely nice but small balcony. The room had all of the modern facilities you need (not common in Greek islands unless you pay a lot of money) so it was a great experience. The location is a very short walk from the ferry terminal and right on the seaside walk close to everything. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Breakfast was good and the facilities. The buildings and the furniture is old but that was not a problem. It was clean, comfortable and the room was large with a lot of free space. And there is a private beach with sunbeds and an awesome water.

    The city is very nice.

    The city is very nice. Affordable accommodation and rental car. We stayed 3 days. It is enough. If you have kids rent a car. Island is big. Best beach is for family is fsilli Amos. It is far away but worth it. Go to Yiannis Ozeris tavern in Vathy. Very friendly island. Prices are very reasonable.
