Staff were exceptionally helpful- always going above and beyond for our needs. The place is just like the pictures, truly beautiful and very clean with a serene vibe. There’s a beach club 2 mins walk away which was an amazing find. I would absolutely stay here again and I never give things a 10 but this takes it for me!!!

The place is amazing! Our room was very clean with a great view. They have a coffee machine in the room and we can use it for free. It was nice having coffee ing the balcony in the morning.The receptionist, Dora is very sweet, friendly and so accomodating. They are sister property of My Aktis Luxury Suited & Villas where we had our complimentary breakfast at their restaurant, and we can also use the pool there and the beach. We are so grateful for the experience!

Hello, everybody I would really recommend this hotel, the service was top level from Christina and her colleague John as well, the view is amazing, just 5 minutes from super paradise beach and the beach clubs there, transportation through vans to fabrica or the rent option is also there down in paradise beach, Thank you Christina and John for the service again

We experienced truly magical holidays here! Nowhere else have we ever felt such warmth and genuine kindness. Every single member of the hotel staff was always smiling, attentive, and radiated positivity. We enjoyed a wonderful professional massage, and the hairdresser’s services were of the highest quality. Everything was amazing. One of the best hotels we have ever been. The hospitality is wonderful. The hotel is on a walking distance (10’) from the capital. The rooms are super clean and with a great light , windows also in the toilett. The breakfast is delicious and perfect for all kind of diets. We loved this place and thanks to everyone, Costa, George, and Pannos, the Manager. They made our stay incredible and with the wish to come Back.

    This is a normal clean beach, but nothing special.

    This is a normal clean beach, but nothing special. There were several beach clubs which denied admission to one person even though they had plenty of vacant lounges which I found discriminating. There is also a small area of public beach.

    From Lyo (our hotel) to the beach is a 5-mins walk. Down/up a steep hill. The beach is pebbly, overpriced, full of umbrellas and crazy expensive water sports. Call me a grumpy Australian if you like, but I’m used to “nice sand” and “free” Beautiful expensive food tho. Paradise Beach is better - at least they cater for people on multiple budgets

    Rooms clean but small.

    Rooms clean but small. Booked three view ocean room and had same view as two view ocean view which really only had one view. Small balcony to look out one direction over paved patio where sun chair sat. Far from town. No shopping nearby of any sort. Very windy! Beach nice. Water clear. View besutiful!

    70 Steps was amazing to stay at. The location has to be one of the best in Mykonos. Your backyard is Super Paradise beach with crystal blue water. Mike the owner is truly legend, made everything easy and took care of us.
