One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. And brand new. Anna, the owner, who is an architect and also designed it, really thought of everything. It's a small hotel, with 5 units in front of a gorgeous pool. The units are huge and have everything- huge bedroom with very comfortable bed and huge smart tv, kitchen (with really all you'll need) and living room, separate toilet and shower, walk in closet, back balcony with an outside shower, and front porch with comfy poofs. Even the pool beds and poofs are amazingly comfortable. Everything was done so nice with such great taste. And in the morning you get a gorgeous breakfast served to your room. Anna and her husband were so nice. Wish we could have stayed longer but it was fully booked. We will definitely be back :)

I liked the roustic style of the hotel which fits nicely with the island architecture and aesthetic. Located in the center near to all the hype bars and gourmet restaurants. The personnel very friendly and knowledgable of the Chinese culture. The kitchen very quick with delicious food.

The ladies at reception were amazing and assisted in booking some great travel adventures to explore the sea and island and recommend close by beaches to relax. A nice small town with other properties around. This includes the beach - Klematsia Bay - which has the Panas Hotel with café, bar and restaurant (evenings) There is also a café, bar and restaurant called 'Water Way' which has lovely views over the beach and sea There is a beach with sandy shore and safe bathing.

Spartia is a small, quiet/sleepy Greek village about 30 mins from the beach/coast on the southern tip of Kefalonia, wiht a couple of cafes/restaurants, two mini-marts, a church, and not a lot else

Small vilalge at the top of a hill. There are no big hotels. Steep narrow streets with different flowers everywhere. Nice sandy beaches with scenic rocks. Wineyards and olive trees in the surrounding area.

Spartia is very small, with a couple of mini markets, a coffee bar and a taverna. It's a great location if you like walking in the countryside, and access by car to a choice of beaches and to Argostoli town (and the airport) is quick and easy.

We loved Spartia, lovely a Greek village and everyone was really welcoming and helpful. You definitely need a car to get around. The beach was beautiful but too far for us to walk to in the heat. We are in Cavo Liakos one evening and it was lovely and a very welcoming host Katerina. The mini markets have a great selection of goods you might need.

We visited Kefalonia for second time. We have been in another Freelance villa 3 years ago and everything was great! The villa was prepared with attention to each detail. During our stay there have been some little difficulties not dependent from the owners, but after we informed the staff, everything was solved immediately. At the day of departure we asked the owners for one more hour because of the ferryboat timeline a d they agreed. Everything was terrific! Thank you very much once more time for the great holiday!

Everything - the room, cleaning service, pool, view, service. Even nice treats you find in the room. You can have a nice time together with your friends near the pool in the grill area, you can cook by yourself either in the room or outside. Nice restaurants in the area. Close to nice beaches. Silence. Perfect for retreats.

The house was actually more than we imagined. Tons of space, 3 separate bathrooms and a great garden with chairs, hammock and a swing, just a great place to wind down after a long day at the beach! Cannot recommend enough! Not to even mention the kindness of the hostess who welcomed us in the best possible way.

"Meraki" means "to do something with love". We definately felt that Rena and Nick take this name seriously! The guesthouse is amazing, the view is perfect, their recommendations about the island were pure gold. We felt like in 5* hotel. Thank you for that week!
