Exceptional Stay at Calypso Heaven – Highly Recommended! I had an incredible 5-day stay at Calypso Heaven! Everything about the experience was exceptional. The room was spotless, cozy, and very well-maintained. The location is perfect – just a 3-minute walk to a bus station and a supermarket, which made getting around super easy. The host truly went above and beyond. Every morning started with fresh coffee brought to us with a smile. They were always available with helpful tips, great restaurant recommendations, and even helped us book an ATV that was delivered right to the property. On top of that, they kindly took us to the airport early in the morning on our last day – such a thoughtful gesture! The whole place has a chic and welcoming vibe, and the host is incredibly social, warm, and always ready to help with anything you might need. I genuinely felt cared for and appreciated throughout the stay. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with top-notch hospitality, I extremely recommend Calypso Heaven. I’ll definitely be coming back!

From the very first moments, we knew this was going to be a special place. The apartment was absolutely wonderful, and the view was truly breathtaking. Everything was thoughtfully arranged with great attention to detail, and the service was incredibly kind and helpful. Special thanks to the gentleman Robert who assisted us during check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. I'll firstly say that the pictures provided. On booking.com are accurate and the room is beautiful. There was a lot to enjoy and to praise about my stay here. The room and 'hotel' area are immaculately clean and my wife and I really enjoyed the private steam room and hot tub. The breakfast was very substantial with lots of options and was delicious. But really, it is the fact the staff were so friendly, welcoming and attentive that made this trip a 10/10. They would always say good morning and good evening and we had small requests here and there and they fulfilled them without hesitation. (I'll upload photos to my review if I manage to get them off of my wife!) All in all, I'd highly recommend staying here. Thank you for the memorable stay, team.

The property was a wonderful retreat, located just outside of Fira, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the bustling crowds. The tranquility of the location made it the perfect spot to unwind while still being close enough to enjoy the town when desired. What truly stood out were the people working there—they were incredibly sweet, heartwarming, and kind, always going above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The Resort is run extremely well, with excellent attention to detail. We were lucky to be upgraded, and very much appreciated it, however I would still rate this a 10/10 regardless. I would particularly like to mention the Restaurant/Bar Manager - she was friendly and very efficient, however what we really noticed was that she managed her staff really well - teaching the younger waiters with details/information and kindness whilst remaining their manager. We also would like to mention Nino (on evening reception) - he was so friendly, efficient, and helpful
